Facilities: Ensuite bath only - eaves too low for a shower!

Sleeps: 2, with space for a small child bed/travel cot.

Self Catering Facilities

There is a modern and well-equipped small kitchen for guests' use containing sink, fridge, hob-top, oven and microwave and pans, crockery and cutlery etc are provided.

As with the B&B, the tranquil garden can be used for relaxing in and there is ample parking. There is a good pub in the village in walking distance for when you don't want to cook and shops are nearby in Horncastle and Spilsby. And there is great walking and cycling right from the door.
