The Rooms & Pricing

Holly Cottage has two double and a twin room and single occupancy is welcomed. All rooms are ensuite. The guest area may also be rented as self-catering accommodation at certain times, sleeping up to six people. The grassy hillside garden is a tranquil place to sit and this is a perfect base to come for work in the area, a short B&B break or longer B&B or self-catering holidays.

Snipe Dales

  • Beds: Double
  • Facilities: Large ensuite bathroom, walk-in shower and large bath.
  • Sleeps: 2 but enough space for young children in additional child beds.
  • Good view of the garden and into the distance.

  • Beds: Twin (2xsingle beds), single or double occupancy or an option of superking for longer stays.
  • Facilities: Ensuite shower room.
  • Sleeps: 2, but enough space for young children in additional child beds.
  • Very light and airy room.

£95 per night for two people sharing, including breakfast. 3 nights or more £86.

Sow Dale Twin Ensuite

£95 per night for two people sharing, including breakfast. 3 nights or more £86.

Cottage Double Ensuite

£90 per night for two people sharing, including breakfast. 3 nights or more £82 (Ensuite bath, not shower).

Single Occupancy

Sunday - Thursday from £65 per night, including breakfast. Room as available.
Friday or Saturday from £70 per night, including breakfast. Room as available.

Children sharing parent's room

Under 2 years £12 per night, including breakfast.
2 - 5 years £18 per night, including breakfast.
5 - 13 years £28 per night, including breakfast.
