Unspoiled Countryside

Holly Cottage is an intriguing mixture of a small period cottage and stylish contemporary architect-designed extensions over 3 floors, which creates a property of much character. It sits in a lovely position, nestling on a valley side right at the end of the village of Hagworthingham, close to the ford and is surrounded by beautiful, quiet and unspoiled countryside. There are many lovely walks from the door, both long and short, and the terrain is not the flat landscape that most people believe Lincolnshire to be but is gently or more steeply undulating. The attractive village of Hagworthingham is in the South East corner of the Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding National Beauty and the far-reaching views are superb.

What to expect

In an unspoilt Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. On the very edge of an attractive village. Wonderful walks both short and long from the door. Great cycling.

Holly Cottage Rooms

Holly Cottage has two double and a twin room and single occupancy is welcomed. All rooms are ensuite. The guest area may also be rented as self-catering accommodation at certain times, sleeping up to six people. The grassy hillside garden is a tranquil place to sit and this is a perfect base to come for work in the area, a short B&B break or longer B&B or self-catering holidays.

Twin room/superking (for longer stays) with ensuite shower.

Cottage Bedroom

Double/single with ensuite bath.

Self Catering at Holly Cottage

At some times of the year the Guest Area of Holly Cottage may be rented for self-catering. One, two or occasionally all three of the double or twin bedrooms may be available for occupancy, for between one and six people.

All bedrooms are ensuite and each bedroom has its own sitting area and TV but there will also be sole or shared use of the communal sitting and dining area, depending on the size of the party staying.
